摘要：PURPOSE: To conduct the fast-in fast-out action of large capacity informationsignals at a high speed by providing two static memories. CONSTITUTION: First andsecond static memories 1, 2 conducts the fast-in fast- out action to information signalsfed while a dynamic memory 3 receives the information signal from the first staticmemory 1 and delivers the information signal to the second static memory 2. A memorydetection means 4 detects the blank capacity of the second static memory 2 and thepresence of information signal written in the dynamic memory 3 and not read out yet.When the information signal is read out from the first static memory 1, a control stage 5delivers the information signal being read out while switching between the second staticmemory 2 and the dynamic memory 3 depending on the detection results from thememory detection means 4. Since the information signal can be transferred between thefirst and second static memories 1, 2 without passing through the dynamic memory 3when the second static memory 2 has a blank capacity, high rate operation is realized.
