教 学 基 本 信 息 课 题 区 县 学 校 Lesson 9 Thanksgiving 姓 名 年 级 理论基础 初二 义务教育英语课程标准（2011版）四级总目标指出，能用简单的语言表达简单的观点，能读懂常见文体的小短文和相应水平的英文报刊文章。 语言技能标准四级中读的技能部分指出能从简单的文章中找出有关信息，理解大意。本课将引导学生通过阅读故事，找出故事发生的的具体信息并运用描述事件发生的词汇来谈论自己的故事。 教学分析 1、教材分析 本课是北师大版教材八年级英语下册第三单元第九课，话题为感恩节。本课为本单元的第三课，主要讲述了主人公一家人发生在感恩节的故事。本课时侧重对阅读内容的进一步的理解。引导学生在文中找出核心词汇并猜测该词在句中的含义，通过一定语境正确的运用这些词汇。最后进行输出性活动是依据教材提供的关于春节的内容，设计成阅读提炼一定的信息，并根据信息结构进行小组活动，填写表格，调查学生是如何度过春节的，然后进行输出活动，介绍自己的同学今年是如何度过的春节。 2、学情分析 上节课学生已经对文章进行了阅读理解，并进行了复述练习。 但由于学生正处于两极分化的突出时候，学生英语水平差异较大，因此在本节课任务设计上要注重温故而知新，于是在第一部分设计了口语训练，继续夯实基础知识，充分调动每个学生学习的积极性。在教学的过程中，教师起到了指引、启发、解惑的作用，帮助学生认识接受知识，归纳整理知识，从而提高学习效果。 教学目标 在本节课学习结束时，学生能够： 1、知识目标： 在句中认读与度过感恩节有关的词汇，如：heat up, awful, be proud of 等。 2、能力目标： 通过根据对上下文的理解猜测词义。 根据调查结果谈论有同学关于今年过节春节的具体信息。 3、情感目标： 通过学习课文，了解不同国家的节日的风俗习惯，并尊重各国的文化差异。 教学重、难点 1、 重点 在句中认读与度过感恩节有关的词汇，如：heat up, awful, be proud of and so on. 通过根据对上下文的理解猜测词义。 2、难点 根据调查结果谈论同学关于今年过节春节的具体信息。 教学流程 Warm-up Free talk Gap-filling Review Retelling Guess the words Practice Complete the sentences Research & report Sum up Homework Essay 板书设计 Unit 3 Lesson 9 Thanksgiving When Where What How
