How to Keep in Good Spirits
Many things around us may affect our feelings and moods. For example, when we fail an exam , when we lose our freinds,when we are ill, when we can’t get along well with our classmates.It’s normal to feel sad when they happen to us. So we must learn to keep good spitits. Here are some advice for you, I hope they can help you.
First, you should talk with your friends,teachers or parents, tell them your sadness,then you will feel better. Second, you can listen to music ,sing some songs or do some sports,they can make you relax/calm down. Third, we’d better eat healthy food and sleep well. Fourth, try to smile at the life, smile when you get up in the morning and believe you will have a happy day. Fifth, speak to yourself, “I’m the best in the world. I can do anything.” Sixth, write down your thoughts, dreams or anything you want. Writing always helps you express your feelings. Finally, do something for others, you will feel happy if you are always help others.
It is very important for us to keep in good spirits. If we can keep in good spirits, we can study or work better.
